Who we are
Origin & History:
The CACHET Conference is the world’s first multi-stage case analysis competition. Its inaugural version will be held from April 6th to 9th, 2024. Following the numerous natural disasters and outbreaks of conflicts in the year 2023, the conference emerged from the desire of SUNPO Community members to address the problems created by these situations through realistic and effective solutions from the perspective of young minds. The theme of the first edition of the conference is “Sustainable Development and Recovery: Solutions to Human Rights Violations,” aiming to optimize social institutions that address human rights violations resulting from these issues. The conference will take place at ENKA Schools in Istanbul, Turkey, welcoming young high schoolers from all around the world.

Founded in 2015 within the classrooms of Istanbul Saint-Joseph High School, SUNPO Community has grown from a visionary dream into a vibrant reality. We, at SUNPO, view social entrepreneurship not merely as a concept but as a powerful tool for constructing a sustainable future. Over the past nine years, we’ve taken incremental steps, evolving into a dynamic community encompassing over 30 schools and engaging more than 200 members. In leveraging our accumulated experience from organizing over 15 events throughout the years, we are now dedicated to channeling that knowledge and expertise into making CACHET an unparalleled success in our journey of fostering positive change.
