Requirements & Timeline
ELIGIBILITY & REQUIREMENTS
· The competition is open to high school and undergraduate students.
· Please note that high school teams must by accompanied by an advisor.
· Each student is required to submit an individual motivational letter along with the application form.
· Conference fees do not include airfare expenses.
· All documents provided by SUNPO (GDPR, Legal Disclaimer, Health Certificates, etc.) must be signed and submitted.
GENERAL AGENDA
· Application Period: March 15 – May 1, 2024
o Students can submit their applications and required documents during this period.
o Application deadline for early registration is March 31, 2024 23:59 (UTC+3)
o Application deadline for regular registration is April 15, 2024 23:59 (UTC+3)
o Application deadline for late registration is May 1, 2024 23:59 (UTC+3)
· Selection Process:
o Evaluation of applications and selection of participants.
o Applications are reviewed in a rolling basis. It should be kept in mind that we adopt the “first come first serve” logic.
· Last Notification of Acceptance: May 2, 2024
o Accepted participants will be notified via email by May 2, 2024 23:59 (UTC+3) latest.
· Payment Deadline: May 15, 2024
o Deadline for payment of conference fees is May 15, 2024 23:59 (UTC+3)
· Pre-Conference Preparation: May 16 – June 5, 2024
o Participants prepare for the conference, review materials, and engage in pre-conference activities.
o A conference handbook and guides will be provided by SUNPO Community Team.
· CACHET Conference: June 6 – June 9, 2024
o The conference will take place at Istanbul ENKA Schools
