Capabilities
Cachet Conference is a native iPhone and iPad app (iOS 18 and iPadOS 18 or later) for the people who attend conferences, summits, member events, and investor days. It holds every event you attend, every person in each one with your research on them, and your marks on each person, in one account. This page lists what it does, how each part works, and how to check it. Reviewed November 3, 2026. Publisher: Epiphani Studios. Family: Cachet (cachetsuite.com).
In the app
| Capability | How it works | How to check |
|---|---|---|
| Sign in, events already set up | Sign in with an Epiphani account. The app reads your event decks from the Cachet Conference sync service (api.cachetconference.com), authenticated against account.epiphani.com. Each event is built in your account from the attendee list and agenda you upload, with a photo and research fields for every person, written by you or your team. | Sign in; your events appear under your name on the home screen with nothing to import. |
| Meetings view | The event's agenda grouped by calendar day in the event's own time zone, each row with time, person, place, status (Set, Open, No reply yet), and the opening line. Tapping a row opens that person's card. | Open the sample event and choose Meetings in the bottom bar. |
| Pipeline view | Everyone you are talking to, by the date of the last exchange, newest or oldest first. Each row leads with whose move it is (Your move, Meeting set, Their move), then who wrote first (Wrote to you, You wrote first) and the date. Filters for Everyone, Your move, and Waiting on them. | Choose People, then Pipeline. |
| Cards view | One card per person in your rank order within the current filter: photo, rank, group, name, title, company, when to catch them, Open with, Who they are, What they want, Your angle, Careful, labels, and links. A position line shows where you are (for example 3 of 24). | Choose People, then Cards, and swipe left and right. |
| List view and search | A list grouped by your own groups. Search matches name, company, title, profile, ask, angle, notes, and labels together. Filter chips by group and by Met, Not met, and Follow up. | Choose People, then List; type a word from any field, tap a chip. |
| Met, Follow up, Note | One tap each on a card, each change timestamped. Marks save to your account and merge field by field across devices; for the same field, the later change wins. | Mark a person on one device and open the same event on another signed in to the same account. |
| Discreet mode | On by default. Cards show no label for private groups (such as Keep it short or Avoid) and fold the Careful section until you press and hold it. One switch in Settings. | Settings, Discreet mode. |
| Offline | Each event, photos included, is kept on the phone, so every view and search works with no connection. Marks made offline sync on reconnect. | Turn on airplane mode and open an event. |
| Sample event | TEST Sample Summit ships in the app: 24 synthetic, self-labeled people, six meetings over three days, six groups. | Home screen, Try it. |
| Export and account control | Settings exports your marks. The Epiphani account page downloads or deletes everything. | Settings, Account. |
| Icon colors | The lanyard badge icon in seven colors, chosen in Settings. | Settings, App icon. |
Across the Cachet family
- Trip Underway: the trip you take to an event (flights, hotel, ground) is matched to the event by dates and city and shown in the event header with the next leg.
- Cachet Calendar: sessions and the meetings you booked are matched to the people on your cards by attendee and title and shown on the right day.
- Cachet Contacts: event rosters stay out of your address book; Promote moves a person you met, with your notes and the event they came from, into Cachet Contacts.
- AI layer: a between-sessions brief (who is next, the one thing to say, who you met and have not logged), opening-line drafts from a person's ask and your angle, follow-up drafts from your note, and a person's history across events. Every screen also renders without a model. Drafts are drafts: you edit and send.
