This website

The list. When you join the list, we store the email address you enter and the time you entered it, to send your invitation and product news about Cachet Conference. To limit automated sign-ups, the site keeps a one-way hash of your network address for one hour.

Analytics. With your consent from the banner, the site uses PostHog to record page views and clicks, with text and form inputs masked. Choosing Essential only keeps analytics off. Your choice is stored in your browser.

Hosting. The site and the list run on Cloudflare.

The app

Your events, the people in them, your research fields and your marks (Met, Follow up, Note) are stored in your Epiphani account through the Cachet Conference sync service and kept on your phone for offline use. Usage counts in the app record which views and buttons are used, from a fixed list, on the phone. Diagnostics are sent when you choose to send them from Settings.

Your choices

From your Epiphani account page you can download or delete everything in your account. To remove an address from the list or ask a question, write to hello@epiphani.studio.
